DevCon 2009 Starts
In advance of the keynote a few of us decided to get some advanced customer services training in at the gun range 
Having fun with guns.
So last night (Thu. 13th) the DevCon kicked off with the Keynote session, opened by Dominique Goupil. Of course due to NDA agreements I can’t talk about it at all, but suffice to say it was really informative and highly entertaining, with a very San Francisco based theme. Great start to the conference and got us all excited about things to come this week.
The evening then continued with the Jam Session on the top floor of the hotel, which offered magnificent views of the city at night time. As is often with jam sessions things were interesting to start with, but the guys quickly got it together and jammed into the wee hours with hoards of geeks cheering on from the bar
